I recently bought the premium pass for just £11, but when I attempt to download it, nothing happens despite seeing a green tick next to each item. The orange "Download" button remains inactive. I reached out to EA support, but they didn’t assist. I’ve cleared my Origin cache and fixed the game, yet the BF1 premium content still doesn’t work. I’m looking for any guidance or help.

Reach out to Origin support for assistance, as the platform isn't helping us much. They're the only ones who can help at this point.

It shows up only on the premium pass. The download includes regular updates, but there’s no option to download individual DLCs if you have a season pass. I was surprised you didn’t just try playing the game, since it’s clearly there.

I tried but didn’t find any off-the-battlepacks included, so I assumed there should be something to download. If that’s true, then both EA’s customer service reps seemed completely unaware.

I believe you're experiencing the same problem. The same configuration appears on all three screens, but the download button remains inactive. Try reinstalling the game to check if it resolves the issue and whether the maps appear correctly.
