Hello, recently things have changed a bit with my PC—it keeps dual booting every time I power it up. All the parts seem to be functioning well, so I don’t think there’s a hardware problem. Each time I press the start button, the lights, fans, and other components activate briefly before the PC restarts normally into Windows. There are no unusual warnings or blue screens. Does anyone know if this is typical behavior?

Whenever i press the power button, all the lights and fans briefly activate before the pc resumes normal operation. This happens after a short cold start when the board charges its capacitors. Does this occur when your system is powered off but still in standby mode, like with the rocker switch not fully disengaged?
