Dendi frequently takes on Invoker during that phase where you can repeatedly activate abilities, usually as a warm-up before intense battles. Players in Starcraft 2 often focus on controlling multiple groups between 2-3 while repeatedly selecting workers at the start of matches. This approach eases tension. Naturally, such high-pressure situations can trigger anxiety, which may cause the body to release adrenaline. Spamming keys assists muscle movement, utilizes adrenaline, boosts blood flow, and helps lower heart rate, reducing that 'cold' sensation. This effect can occur during ladder sessions in various games, though the exact triggers vary by title. While I'm discussing Starcraft, it seems similar strategies work in other genres like Moba titles.

He’s likely rehearsing or warming up by using Invoker with -WTF active. He presses three buttons in a sequence—Q/W/E for the spell, R to cast it, then the hotkey for that spell, and repeats. It looks like he’s bypassing cooldowns so he can keep going without pauses, which explains the rapid-fire style.
