When accessing RAM, it utilizes bits efficiently to maximize usage. It doesn’t always allocate a full byte for every piece of data; sometimes it uses only the necessary bits. Your question is a bit unclear, but you’re trying to understand how memory storage works at a technical level.

In the end, all computer parts work with bits. Bytes and similar ideas help us, but the actual hardware only processes bits.
