The 60fps lock issue was present during gameplay. There are very few cutscenes, and 60 frames per second works fine in those moments. I assumed there were restrictions in the game.

It's 21:9, running at 75hz, and it truly feels incredible. With a strong overclock on the 980ti, I'm getting a blend of High and Ultra performance at 55-75 FPS. This is the best gaming session I've ever had in 41 years. I still use my 1440, 144hz AOC panel as a backup, though honestly it's tough to switch back.
