Just set up the newest driver and everything should work. Add these options to the start settings: +com_skipIntroVideo, +com_skipKeyPressOnLoadScreens, +menu_advanced_AllowAllSettings, and set m_smooth to 0.

I've tried it for a few hours, covering both the campaign and multiplayer modes, and everything worked perfectly. 150 frames per second at ultra settings ran smoothly.

I just discovered a way to improve my speed. Honestly, this game is awesome and I really enjoy it. I was able to tackle most of the challenges. I’m really into this new Doom version.
