My forecasts for this year's new Doom revolve around its potential to redefine the shooter landscape. It built on the foundation of Doom 3 and Dead Space, appealing to fans of fast-paced action and immersive horror. If it lives up to expectations, will it continue the legacy of pioneering first-person shooters?

This new DOOM seems to be returning to its original style, which I really liked compared to DOOM 3. I’m expecting a solid campaign and multiplayer experience with good detail. I’d also like better modding features so players can add more content to both single-player and multiplayer modes. It should be worth the investment around $30 to $40, though I’ll wait to see more before committing to a $60 purchase.

Seems quite straightforward in the videos, but if it's a polished PC release, I’d be willing to spend. Wolfenstein was released earlier anyway.
