You'll also want a CPU cooler for the 5820K, though that might not be the main reason it's behaving this way.

there was a bendet pin i have put it on the rigt spot and a gain also whit out a cpu dos the mother bord the same

You can experiment with various RAM sticks, GPUs, power supplies, or even disconnect peripherals and SATA drives. But first, apply thermal paste to the CPU and attach a heatsink. Otherwise, your troubleshooting efforts will fail once the CPU overheats within 30 to 45 seconds.

the board remains active even with just the 24-pin connector connected, but when the CPU power is added, it functions normally and restarts every three seconds.

It's okay if it takes over 30 seconds, but it won't work when I notice it's actually functioning. Ordering a cooler now.

I tried another PSU but the issue persists. The CPU nut remains cool, yet it still powers up and shuts down rapidly, displaying only the code 00, which isn’t recognized.
