Microsoft doesn't provide it, but there are j-go tech and Manhattan choices available. I'm not interested in spending around 150 dollars on a few unnecessary cables. When charging a device, where is the accurate electrical current set? I believe both the charger and the device decide the right voltage and amperage for the current. Do I really need a 40 dollar cable from these slow brands that seem to think they're Apple, or can I just buy any cheap USB cable from AliExpress priced at 5 dollars and expect it to work just as well, provided it's rated for 15V3A? Chargers and power banks I plan to use are clearly safe, not just imitations.

Are you searching for a cable or a charger? You mentioned a cable initially, but then discussed charging. A standard USB C cable would suffice; I generally prefer not the absolute cheapest options, opting for a bit more. Just remember that purchasing from places like Aliexpress can be more challenging when it comes to returns or exchanges.
