Hello everyone, my keyboard is malfunctioning unexpectedly. I own an RK61 model and it stopped working without warning. Even after switching cables, it remains unresponsive. When connected to another laptop, it sometimes functions and other times it fails. Installing drivers seems to fix the issue temporarily, but after a restart it stops working again. I also tested with my old keyboard, which worked fine. Please help me, and I apologize for the unclear English. Thank you!

There is a specific firmware release available, but the website doesn't display version details or dates, making it difficult to confirm if you have it.
The site also offers USB drivers that could assist with restart issues.

Thank you for the assistance. However, it appears the issue persists. When I open the firmware, it displays "Can't find USB HID Device!!". Might be the keyboard is causing the problem? Refer to the error details: https://ibb.co/Zd0WPNK

I believe it's keyboard board, particularly because it occurs on 2 PCs. I was just hoping you could update its firmware, maybe it's too far gone for that.
You likely need a different keyboard. I would choose a better brand such as Logitech or Corsair, they should last several years...
