The page mentions availability, but when I chose the 1GBps setting on the modem or router, the adapter on my computer showed as disconnected. I had to change the port to reconnect. Also, after checking the driver, I found that my motherboard only supports PCIe 10/100 Mbps via the RTL810xE interface.

Your internet performance is very poor, with download delays reaching three seconds. Someone should fix your home setup.
