Hi
I noticed my PC was crashing often, so I checked various possibilities until I realized the issue occurred every time I connected my JBL USB dongle. After uninstalling the JBL Quantum software, the headphones worked fine, but installing it still triggered a BSOD. I looked into the device manager and updated the drivers for both audio channels—chat and game—but only chat got an update without problems. Game, however, caused the crash. The headphones in question are the JBL Quantum 610 Wireless.

The BSOD displayed SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. The audio driver version is 1.0.0.71 and the game version is 10.0.19041.2251. I'm also experiencing problems with my Ethernet connection when using the internet.
