Greetings, I'm curious to know whether this computer configuration would be suitable for playing games, specifically at higher resolutions like 1080p. I currently own a pre-built system and am considering an upgrade. My planned components include Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 DDR4 3000MHz for memory, an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor, and a GTX 1060 with 3GB of VRAM, all installed on a GA-AB350-Gaming 3 ATX AM4 motherboard. My power supply is a Corsair CX450M unit. Do you think this would be an adequate system? I’d greatly appreciate any feedback or insights you could offer. Thank you!

Although it appears quite well-rounded, I would purchase an AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Processor due to its lower price of $15, despite consuming 20 Watts more power.

Currently, I only possess the power supply unit. My existing computer setup is performing poorly. Consequently, I’m likely to replace almost everything, probably within the next month, including a new graphics card, central processing unit, and motherboard. Also, is the Ryzen 1600x a good investment?
