Hey there, just checking in. I’ve had that old thermal paste for about six or seven years, and I’m planning an upgrade on Black Friday. I’m wondering if my Arctic Silver 5 is still usable or if it’s starting to degrade. It still works well enough.

It lacks organic materials (probably), which means it shouldn’t degrade or spoil. The components that make it thick might lose moisture over time, but since it’s stable under high heat, it should remain intact when stored in a syringe.
