I experienced a power outage and have been without audio since then. Testing speakers with a phone shows they work, but not on the computer—whether connected to the motherboard or the 3.5mm jack, audio remains absent. The same happens with another pair of speakers and headphones. In the taskbar, only my monitor appears as an audio device. What steps should I take?

tested with both front and back 3.5 port?
was the system on during the power outage?
