Does the system perform consistently following the performance boost?
I purchased a Ryzen 7 2700X and attempted to overclock, reaching 4.2 ghz at 1.375v with 3200 MHz RAM at 1.35v. Running Cinebench 15 six times gave a score of 1853 points, and CPU stress was detected using cpuz for five minutes. I'm new to overclocking—will it damage the CPU? Please help me.

run a stress test overnight to check performance in the morning
first two attempts at reaching 4.2ghz with 1.32 and 1.36 failed, but at 1.375 it worked consistently, achieving over 1850 scores with temperatures near 52°C
stress test reached 69°C for 5 minutes using Corsair H150i Pro
