Hi. I’ve been facing problems getting my PC to boot. It sometimes stalls during CPU debug or DRAM debug, but usually reaches the MSI boot screen before freezing. The desktop access is rare. I’ve tried everything—plugging in and out, reseating components, updating BIOS, even flashing the motherboard. My current hardware is quite recent. My guesses point to a failing PSU or insufficient power supply. Any suggestions? I’ve attached a video of the issue.

The details about the motherboard make and model were omitted. Regarding the BIOS, please specify the version you are using. The Silverstone unit has an advertised wattage of 650W and an 80+ gold efficiency rating. What is the model number and age of this device? Are there any problems when using two RAM sticks? Do you have a link to the RAM you are testing?

Last night was late, completely overlooked those details.
BIOS: E7D09IMS.150
Working with the g.Skill ripjaws V ddr4 3600
I tested two sticks before and after a few restarts—it still had the same issue
Power Supply Model # SST-ET650-G
I don’t recall its age precisely, but it’s the oldest component in my PC
For more details, if it clears all debug lights and boots, it only freezes during startup; opening BIOS keeps it running as long as I have access.
