I also have another one, but the 24 pin is really stuck on the motherboard. The clip I tried to move it with isn't working, and I don't want to break anything. I think this is very likely a power supply unit.

Fixed: it turns out the PSU is actually the aerocool because I tried the cougar stc-500, which I think isn't suitable for my PC or I'm not sure, and after installing it there were no crashes, but can I use my cougar stc500 for just one week? Should I get a new PSU? Also, is this PSU appropriate for my setup? Thanks in advance.

Can’t provide meaningful advice without understanding the rest of your setup, but the 2060 supports up to 160W of power consumption. Unless you have an extremely power-hungry CPU and many peripherals connected, a 650W PSU should work fine, and a 500W unit is probably not a problem if it’s a quality model. Don’t have specifics on MSI PSUs, but the Corsair RMx line and most Seasonic models are well-regarded. Generally, longer warranty periods indicate better reliability.

Sorry for not including the details, basically there is 1 fan for the case, and I have a cooler master 2 fans liquid cooling, i7 9700k, 16gb ram at 3200mhz, and that's all.
Thanks for your reply, my question was about the spare cougar stc-500 just to test it. Before I buy a new msi one, but in general. Is this psu good or bad for a couple of months? The cougar one

No issue at all. It doesn’t appear that this setup should strain a power supply unit. I’m not very familiar with the cougar brand, but a brief online search suggests they’re generally fine, so you should be alright until your new PSU is installed.

Thanks a lot for your response, it really helps. Just a reminder that some folks say things like that, but it's not ideal. It might be better to upgrade your PC instead of risking damage.

Cougar PSUs tend to work adequately for some time. Your device doesn't require a lot of power, as the PSU here is just a 450w unit on 12v, which equals about 50 watts—especially if the PSU is older since they lose capacity over time. The entire PC should ideally run between 250w and 300w. Aerocool power supplies are inconsistent; however, their overall quality is generally poor.
