I own an MSI RX 560 ITX OC card, and whenever I attempt to overclock or underclock it, the FPS on FurMark remains unchanged (around 29). Even when some games are overclocked, the FPS slightly decreases. I’m curious if this is typical, a malfunction, or something else could be causing it. I’ve used MSI Afterburner for OC.

Did you adjust the clock speed too much? The GTX 950 didn't exhibit this issue, which isn't typical GPU behavior.
