I check my CPU on various boards and it works fine; my motherboard failed again. Is the FSP Vita GM 750w PSU suitable for my budget?

I’m dealing with a persistent motherboard problem and need some guidance. Here’s the complete situation:
Original motherboard:
ASRock B550M Pro4
First damaged probably because of power surges.
Switched to a different one.
New motherboard:
MSI B550-A Pro
Placed my previous parts (CPU, RAM, GPU, PSU).
Failed once more.
Used a stabilizer after warranty claim.
Then got another replacement unit.
Now I’m considering a power supply test.
Results so far:
PSU passed, voltages stable.
CPU remains unchanged, tested on another board → functions properly.
RAM and GPU stayed the same.
CPU installed completely crashes the system.
Leaving CPU on → motherboard powers on but freezes at CPU indicator.
Specifications:
Motherboard: msi b550 a pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: ASRock RX 6600
RAM: adata xpg ddr4 16x2gb 3200mhz
Storage: nvme adata legend 1tb
PSU: 1stplayer dk 6.0 premium 600w
All components are new and under one year old.
