Hi all!
I recently purchased a budget gaming desktop, and all games run without problems. Some need graphics at a lower setting, but everything works smoothly.
However, during League of Legends, I experience screen freezes lasting about 5-10 seconds during intense moments (especially in team fights with lots of visuals). At first, these were actual disconnects, but switching to Direct X9 Legacy mode in the game resolved the issue instead.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to check!

Live Kernel Event 141

You can easily find similar information on Google.
But proceed with caution on any links asking for downloads or registry changes. Avoid them.

Check that all drivers are up to date. If a driver is outdated, manually download it from the manufacturer's site and reinstall.

Some Windows files may be damaged. Consider running "sfc /scannow" and "dism" for repair.

My initial concern is that the PSU struggles to meet peak power needs.
Vermogen
500 Watt
Certificering
80 PLUS Bronze
Compare LoL's hardware requirements or specifications with those of the other games you play.
You can also utilize Resource Monitor and Task Manager (use both at a time, but only one active), to monitor system performance.
First, without playing any games; second, while running games that run smoothly; third, during gameplay of LoL.
Identify in each scenario which resources are being utilized, the extent in percentage, and which resource is consuming more.
Search for a bottleneck related to LoL.
Also check Reliability History and Event Viewer. Either one or both may be recording errors starting with "disconnects" and now shifting to "freezes".
Begin with Reliability History. The timeline format could provide valuable insights.

Hi Ralston,
I reviewed the suggestions you provided.
Examining the resource monitor across various games didn't reveal any clear anomalies.
Processor usage stayed below 30%.
But when checking the reliability history, I encountered this error.
Problem description: LiveKernelEvent
Code: 141
Parameter 1: ffff800c57183460
Parameter 2: fffff807277e4b90
Parameter 3: 0
Parameter 4: 2850
Software version: 10_0_19043
Service pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1
System version: 10.0.19043.2.0.0.768.101
Country code: 2067
This issue consistently appears with the freeze.
At the moment, it only happens in League of Legends.

Also, ensure you have access to another PSU for testing purposes. Make sure not to mix and match PSU cables.
