does the core/memory clock affect the lifespan of rtx 2070
Hey, I got my Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC this week. I was curious if it's worth overclocking. I managed to boost the core clock by 150 mHz before it crashed, but the memory hasn't improved yet. If I raise both core and memory clocks without changing the voltage or power target, does the GPU perform better longer? The voltages stayed constant, and temperatures dropped from 67 to 70. Thanks!
it won't really damage your GPU as long as temperatures remain within that range you should be okay
The video card's title indicates it is already overclocked. While you might see some gains by adjusting your own settings, it won't reach the performance of standard non-overclocked models from 2070. Unless you're not achieving satisfactory results with this card, I wouldn't push further overclocking.
