I've been performing checks on my PC for almost two years now. I wanted to evaluate its performance, so I decided to use 3DMark's TimeSpy for benchmarking. It turned out that my CPU's clock frequency has decreased compared to when I first built the system. I haven't adjusted any BIOS settings except during setup after a fresh installation, and I didn't change anything about the clock settings. However, once I had to completely reset the PC due to an OS rollback, I assumed this change occurred at that time. Below are the 3DMark results: one before (4789MHz) and one after (4690MHz). The improvement in CPU score was significant, so I wanted to confirm whether this was the cause or if there were other factors involved (such as VBS and HVCI).

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Consider simplifying your setup by choosing one BIOS version. Are you sure about upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 via the internal upgrade method?
When sharing troubleshooting threads, it's important to provide complete system details. List your specifications clearly, for example:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this stage.
