I've observed a slight stutter each time I defeat an enemy. It's quite obvious, and RTSS detects it quickly on its current graph. I've checked several videos on YT where players use the frametime graph while gaming, but they don't seem to experience this issue. Anyone else see the same thing? Or do you have any suggestions?

I've performed a full reinstall of the game, updated the NVIDIA drivers, cleared the nVidia cache from "Localappdata", and emptied the DX cache from the C drive. I'm only playing the game in vanilla mode without any mods. This was occurring before the most recent 2.11 patch.

System details:
- OS: Windows 11 Pro
- Mainboard: Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X AX (BIOS F9)
- CPU: i9 13900KF
- Cooler: Corsair H100i
- RAM: 32GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 7200MHz
- Video Card: Gigabyte Gaming 24GB OC RTX 4090
- Mouse: Logitech Gaming 300s
- Keyboard: Corsair K70 MK.2
- Controller: Xbox Elite2 Gaming
- Monitor: AW3423DW, 27GL850
- Hard Drive: Kingston KC3000 2TB
- SSD: Samsung NVMe M.2 Evo Plus 970 1TB
- Power Supply: Silverstone ST1200w Platinum (<1 year old)
- Latest NVIDIA drivers: 551.23 from nVidia
I used DDU to completely uninstall those drivers.
