I checked the details and found out if Ryzen Master is needed for applying the overclock or if it sets it automatically after installation. The instructions also mention that Fast Boot should be turned off. It seems others use Ryzen Master with Fast Boot enabled, but whether it’s necessary depends on your setup.

RYZENMASTER doesn’t function on its own. A BIOS overclock is needed for it to start automatically at boot.

Ryzen Master can be utilized for overclocking but you must open it and reapply the changes each time you start Windows.
However, most users simply test different overclocks and then adjust BIOS settings to find the most stable configuration on their system.
It is strongly advised to turn off Fast Startup in Windows Power Plan Options as it may lead to problems like BSODs or data loss after overclocking.
Additionally, disabling Fast Boot in your BIOS during the OC process is recommended.

I've boosted my Ryzen 3600 to 4.2ghz using BIOS settings. I'm curious about how much power and lifespan this adjustment will cost the processor.
