I've been exploring my motherboard bios and adjusted the RBG lighting when putting the computer to sleep.
All lights shut down and it functions properly (except for the RAM RGB lighting, which is okay).
When I completely power off the machine and restart, the first time it sleeps everything turns off. But after that, the lights remain on whenever I put it to sleep again. Is there a solution to this?
Thanks in advance!

Your RGB management is handled through a specific application on your platform. It’s important to verify your motherboard’s BIOS version and clear CMOS if a BIOS update is pending. After updating, remove the ARGB/RGB app manually and reinstall it. Be sure to note your motherboard make and model along with the operating system you’re using. Asus provides a dedicated tool to uninstall their Armory Crate app, which contains the AuraSync application.

My motherboard is an Asus B450-f. I haven't used any software to handle the lighting effects. The CPU cooler is a Wraith Prism. I own the EVGA FTW3 3080ti, which illuminates, and my front fans are managed by a case-mounted controller.
