Review Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
One or both tools might be recording a related error code, warning, or informational event just before or during the connection loss. This could occur with Ethernet or Wi-Fi connections.
Ensure network connectivity is either Ethernet or Wireless, but not both simultaneously.
Possible background activity such as backup, calling home, or updating may have failed or completed.

If you don't rely on the available tools, no one will be able to assist you.

Are there any discrepancies or unusual entries marked with a timestamp every five minutes? Or patterns repeating in that timeframe? Please check Reliability History/Monitor or Event Viewer, or both.
= = = =
And, as a final consideration, do you notice anything unusual through Task Manager?
Observe the Performance Graphs for any shifts occurring at 5-minute intervals, etc.
Other methods are available too; I just need a starting point to proceed.
