Hello everyone, for the last two days my laptop keeps crashing to restart when I try to start certain games. Weirdly, some games work but many others don't. After trying everything—fixing drivers, reinstalling Windows, rolling back changes, installing more software—I've lost hundreds of gigabytes of saved mods and games. It took me four whole days just getting it running again.

Then I realized the problem was with my multi-monitor setup. When I play on just one screen at a time, everything works perfectly. This never happened before. I tried messing around in display settings and NVIDIA control panels for hours trying to fix resolutions to no luck.

It took me an incredibly frustrating and annoying long process to narrow down what's wrong, but I'm not even close to finding the solution yet. I am completely stuck here. Please help!
Laptop is a Rog Strix G15 3070 Ti Ryzen 9 6900hx 16gb ram, Windows 11 TV is a Samsung QN90B50

Is your laptop on the newest BIOS version? Also, did you let Windows install all the necessary drivers automatically, or do you need to go into an elevated command line to install them manually by right-clicking the installer and choosing Run as Administrator? Maybe try removing old GPU drivers with DDU first, then reinstall using the latest versions directly from Nvidia's official website.

Yes, I already had an updated BIOS installed on my computer, and I tried to put in a new NVIDIA driver right after that. This should have fixed any issues.

I keep digging around here when another ASUS user said a program called Sonic Suite caused it all. Should check this out because others had the same thing happen too. What really blows me away is how few people know about this or have any fix. I posted in 5 different tech forums... honestly, just my bad luck hitting that rare glitch problem.

You could try deleting Armory Crate if it is already on your computer to see if that fixes things too. It happens all the time in my line of work that the strangest problems show up.

I found that nothing crashes unless played in fullscreen mode. If you use borderless or windowed settings, the game runs smoothly. I completely wiped everything clean from my cloud account and checked every driver option. It still feels weird and confusing for me. My old TV laptop didn't have any issues at all. A new problem shows up when I check Device Manager: it says that the display drivers weren't moved over from the old system because of some match confusion. The error message mentions 'DISPLAY\SAM71FB\5&2efcbf46&0&UID4355' for my TV and a similar one called 'DISPLAY\CMN1540' for my laptop monitor. I tried updating the drivers again, but they still show as the latest version. Even after uninstalling them in Device Manager to try renewing them, nothing worked either.
