Does my laptop stop showing pictures when I play games?
Hello guys, I'm using an Aorus 15P with a 3070 mobile card since last year. It works fine most of the time, but lately when playing games like Tarkov, things get weird sometimes. The laptop suddenly stops sending video signals to my screen. I can still hear sound from YouTube or Discord in the background, but everything goes black. This keeps happening every one or two matches where I lose the connection and have to restart Windows. My Event Log says "Kernel Error 41" with a bugcheck code of zero.
I tried this:
- Reinstalling Windows 11.
- Changing battery plans to high performance mode (though that's a setting, not sure if it helps).
- Trying the game again after reinstalling it.
- Testing different power cables.
- Updating my NVIDIA drivers using safe mode and DDU (the tool to clean drivers).
- Reinstalling the BIOS.
What should I do? Should I return this laptop for a replacement? It seems like every driver has already been updated.
I don't know exactly what's wrong, but it looks like something could be broken in the computer hardware. I think I should request a return and replacement. Here is the link you need to check: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...er...3848a6494b
