My screen keeps changing colors on its own, like I turned a blue and red light switch. I tried putting in an extra monitor instead of the built-in one, but nothing happened. What could be going on?

You should tell us what make and model of laptop you have. An item called SKU could help us fix two things at once. As for your problem, if it does not appear on the outside screen part then the issue is likely with the display itself. You might try running DDU first and then manually reinstall your graphics card drivers in special permission mode, which means right-clicking the installer icon and choosing Run as Administrator, assuming you are using a Windows computer system.

It's a little odd because the problem seems to have fixed itself on its own. My computer is an HP Notebook 15s, and I just let it sit for fifteen minutes before turning it back on once the screen went dark.
