Heya, recently I cleaned out my PC by taking it outside and using an electric air blower. When I brought it back, it started working normally until I noticed a small dust bunny on the GPU. Removing it caused the screen to go black. After rebooting, I dropped from around 200 FPS in CS:GO to just 30-60 FPS.

Ensure your GPU (along with other components and RAM) are securely fastened. In the future, a can of compressed air is the best choice, not a high-powered stream. And even then, handle it carefully.
