Does my computer shut down unexpectedly and occasionally displays a blue screen?
My PC is only five months old, but whenever I play games or perform high-end 3D rendering tasks, it freezes, restarts itself, or crashes to the blue screen. I don’t know why this happens and I’m not an expert. Could anyone assist me with this problem? My PC configuration is as follows: MSI Z790 Gaming Plus WiFi, Intel I7-14700K CPU, RTX 4070 GPU, T Delta Force 32GB RAM (16GB x 2), and a Crossair H150 360mm liquid cooler.
Follow option one from the provided link.
After that, perform the following steps:
Create a small memory dump with Windows during a BSOD.
Access File Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump.
Transfer the generated mini-dump files to your Desktop using the built-in method in Windows.
Avoid using Winzip; use Windows' native feature instead.
Select the files on your Desktop, right-click them, and choose 'Send to' – Compressed (zipped) folder.
Upload the resulting zip file to the cloud (such as OneDrive or Dropbox).
Share the link to the uploaded file so we can review it together.

But then when I work on my 3d animation or any complex 3d graphic job, my PC just crashes. Is this also related to Valorant? I’ve reset my whole computer, but the problem still happens when the game isn’t installed. Or maybe before I even played Valorant, my PC was unstable. It’s confusing. What should I do to fix it? Any suggestions? And if any of my hardware is damaged, how can I find out?
It seems Vanguard operates in the background whether you're playing a game or not, which led to Blender crashing once, followed by the RGB lighting driver failing. I only saw what it displayed. As it's the only driver on all five systems, I didn't check for other causes. If you remove Valorant, will the crashes persist? If it's not installed now, use this guide to uninstall the driver. For more details, visit the download page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s/autoruns. On the driver tab, uncheck the blue tick next to the driver name to stop loading with Windows, or right-click and uninstall it.
It's 2:30 am, so I think I'll log off soon.
If you experience more crashes, please send us the dump, and I'll assist.
