I put in my new Windows 11 install with driver software first. Then I tried to finish the setup but it's stuck on a message saying "Can't connect to ethernet." I'm confused about how to fix this loop now.

By loop I mean when I turn on my PC it goes straight to Windows and starts looking for an ethernet connection but it can't find one even though I have the cable plugged in correctly. I can open a command line, but I don't know how to load the drivers or remove Windows. I also tried putting a new wifi driver on a flash drive, but I'm not sure how to get to that drive either.
