i have everything set up to order.
i5 6600k cpu, hyperx 612 v2 cooler, palit jetstream 1060 gpu, case-phanteks p400s, 240gb ada ssd, old hdd, two cooler master sickle led fans, and a corsair sp pmv performance fan for the cpu cooler.
i’m also getting a 600w modular cronos psu.
i want to know if this setup is suitable for overclocking the i5 6600k and my gpu.

I'm unsure about the PSU brand that causes issues. For successful overclocking, a reliable power supply is essential. You'll want one that remains stable even when under heavy use. Regarding the motherboard, please let me know your specific requirements.

At that cost, a completely modular PSU seems questionable.
