I don't really follow eSports, but when I watch clips I enjoy watching the players who mess up like a hacker.
Outside of that, I've seen pros in some other YouTuber videos and they're pretty nice, so it doesn't really matter.

For me it's both, but I lean a bit more on personality (about 60 out of 100).
