Here is my system setup: a G.Skill 6000MHz DDR5 CL36 memory kit, 32GB of RAM, an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, and an NVIDIA Radeon RX 7800 XT graphics card. I also have a 1TB SSD from Crucial T500 Gen 4, a power supply unit from Corsair RM850x, a motherboard from MSI Tomahawk B650 WIFI, and a case by Montech Air Max 903 with a CPU cooler named Deepcool AK620. Recently, I ran into trouble because my videos at 4K quality were stuttering badly on my PC. I looked online for help and found that someone who had the same problem said switching back to the "Balanced" power plan fixed it. But when I turned off that switch to get faster performance, the stuttering came right back. Is there anyone else who has this issue or knows why this is happening?

Hey there! If you are running Chrome, turn off hardware acceleration. Try turning on Windows' GPU scheduling too. Check if those fixes work for you.
