PCPartPicker list provided here contains the required components. The breakdown by merchant is available at the specified URL. My build details are as follows: I have a CPU, cooler, thermal paste, motherboard, memory, storage, video card, case, power supply, fan, monitor, and keyboard. The total comes to $1332.05, with all costs covering shipping, taxes, and applicable discounts.

The build should stay under 350 watts, which means a 550W power supply is sufficient.

It's sufficient, but Arctic MX4 is the best. The 200-hour cure time is ridiculous.
