I'm experiencing an extremely weird problem (to me). I donwload pdf files from my school's website and I can't open any of them. It will show a small box saying the file is corrupted or the version is not compatible or something. The weird things start now. 1. I can open any file that I download from other websites with no problem. 2. I download the file from another computer and send to my own email ---> get back to my computer ----> download the file ----> open normally without any problem 3. Any pdf file that is sent through email from anybody can be opened normally, too. 4. My phone can't even download the pdf files. So............!!! Can anybody help me? I don't even know what's wrong here.
Would you like to check the browser view first, or should I install and reinstall the PDF reader?
I performed both actions you mentioned, but it didn't work as expected.
