I purchased the first option and it arrived in a box with Chinese characters, along with HelloFresh, Doordash, and Factor brochures. That surprised me quite a bit. Should I be concerned? Are there any distinctions among these products? Could Newegg have unreliable sellers?

The CPU remains consistent across all three connections. The origin of that CPU might vary, but that's not inherently problematic. It really depends on where it first appeared on the market and what promotions were available at the time (by Newegg, which is a Chinese-owned business as I understand).
