hello, this question is a little bit tone so here goes.
I have a laptop with a 2tb NVMe ssd hard drive, it has dual boot windows 7 and 10.
Can i clone the ssd drive and put it in another laptop and it boot right up? programs software and all?
ok that was question 1,

is there a way i can copy that same drive and shrink the two partitions keeping everyhitng intact ....say down to a 1tb size?
next
last question,
can i take the ssd drive and copy it to a laptop that has a sata drive and all the programs/software work just the the original?

It's highly unlikely. A Windows install isn't designed to be modular for relocation on various devices. This is particularly true for laptops and older systems like Windows 7.
