The support from the Sandboxie forums indicates the current version doesn't work with the newest Microsoft Edge release, as it prevents all Edge settings from functioning properly. If anyone has a solution, I'm interested—this program has been part of my routine for more than ten years. In the meantime, I’m looking for a comparable tool that supports the latest Edge version, which should be my primary browser. I only rely on Chrome and Firefox as fallbacks. Would anyone suggest an alternative that offers similar protection without needing virtual machines? It should mimic Sandboxie’s approach by isolating the browser and removing collected data like cookies and history upon shutdown.
