the pny is cl20. i think i should go for the corsair. there are better choices than these two, though.

The 3600 runs at 18-20-20 timings while the 3200 uses 16-18-18. The delay difference should be similar, allowing for comparable overclocking.

It varies by setup. For Intel or Ryzen 3000 models, performance is similar. But for other systems, Corsair is the best choice since the PNY may struggle with XMP settings.
