I'm telling you guys it's definitely coming to PC... about a year from now it might not be capped at 30fps since people were really upset about the low frame rates in FF13 PC versions that got released on PC. They even added a patch to boost it to 60fps and included more PC features.

I didn't reject it. If it's not next year, it might be 2018. I'm not employed by Square-enix.

It works, though performance can vary depending on your system even with a more capable computer than the game demands. You might not reach 60 FPS consistently.

there were several issues with it, but they released a fix for the main problems. It's possible that versions 13 or 13-2 didn't start at 60fps initially.

Yes, but the update didn't include 60fps support after release, according to techguru. Launch day impression at 25 seconds showed 60fps functionality since the release.

Both titles delivered 60 frames per second when first released on PC, and it’s safe to say you’ll likely need a powerful machine to run FF15 smoothly at that speed. A high-end system like a Titan X or a 980 Ti would probably be necessary for consistent performance.

I believe the update aimed to handle various resolutions and offer more video control, but it didn't resolve performance issues.

That setting, the MSAA multiplier, display mode (full and windowed) plus shadow resolution, seems to be the addition they made. It varies based on their implementation. From what I've seen, 13 isn't overly taxing and it doesn't fully utilize your GPU. My GTX 760 typically runs at 40-50% usage with frame rates around 40-60fps.
