My setup with a 5600X and a 3060ti uses up to 385 watts from a 650-watt power supply. Would it be feasible to switch to a 4070 Ti Super without increasing the power supply? It's an EVGA Supernova 650 G2 power supply. Thanks.

The 4070 Ti Super has a 285W TDP, which means your power usage is within limits. The main concern is the G2 chip, which is nearly ten years old now. I'm not sure it can manage any sudden power surges.
