Look before you buy a new power supply unit, guys. I'm not from the USA, so I know that PC parts are super cheap right now. A new PSU like an EVGA Bronze 400W is only $70. 🙁 So even though I have a Corsair VX450, can I overclock my Ryzen 3 1200 to 1.3v and 3.7GHz? Will it cause any problems with this PSU? Thanks

Sure as long as it looks okay. Even when you turn the clock up, you only need a bit more power.

I have never tried to make the processor run faster, and now it just keeps working fine. I don't have enough cash to buy a new power supply because these costs too much right now here in my country even compared to last year.

Not knowing your video card makes it hard to say for sure. Your cards like the RTX or GTX use up lots of power: The GTX 770 used 225 watts, and the GTX 970 used 145 watts. My RTX 2070 Super uses 215 watts.
