Current GPU and power supply: Sapphire Pulse RX5700XT, Corsair RM650 PSU (both from 2020)
Other relevant system specs: Ryzen 3700X, Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/AC, Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4, 1 NVMe, 1 SSD, 1 HDD, CoolerMaster MasterBox MB520 (all from 2020 except RAM and SSD)
Preferred parts sources: European sites – can find alternatives, pricing can be checked here
Graphics card country of origin: Greece
GPU preferences: Radeon – already used Gigabyte and Sapphire for GPUs, Asrock for motherboards without issues
Overclocking: possibly
SLI or CrossFire: maybe but seems unsuitable for the case
Monitor resolution: 2560x1440, could switch to dual monitors later

For the RX 9060 XT, it's better to opt for the RX 9070 XT if possible, but only if you can afford it. Keep in mind, swapping GPUs requires updating BIOS and using DDU to remove drivers beforehand.
Yes, +1 to @Roland Of Gilead’s idea of adding 16GB VRAM instead of 8GB – we’re shifting away from 8GB anyway.
