Welcome guys, new friend! I'm looking for a PC that runs fast and looks good. Plus, don't want to spend more than $2800. Should the power balance be okay? What if I pick the wrong thing or get bad advice? I thought I'd need to buy a fan for the back of the case? You should follow the rules in this thread when asking questions: *How to Ask for New Build Advice* First off, respect where people are from - this is just an adaptation of someone else's *How To Ask For New Build Advice*. I made this because there are so many posts lately asking for upgrade ideas here and on other forums. I feel like these places will give good suggestions. On the surface, I'd skip the 13th Gen Intel stuff because of oxidation problems or the 14th Gen stuff because of firmware issues. Just go with the 12th Gen Intel platform or something newer than that. Moved this thread to the Systems section.

Is this a US-made thing or something from Canada or somewhere else? If I'm mostly going to play games, what screen size or settings do I need?

That sounds like Canadian territory? Yes. My main use would be gaming for 240hz at 1440p with titles such as CS2 or games that feel really good, like Cyberpunk. It's mostly about keeping it running smoothly without needing to upgrade things later on.
