I'm preparing a fresh setup for a family member this holiday and wanted your thoughts on the link you shared. It doesn't have a case, but I just need a second opinion about whether it's suitable for a beginner's build. I'm not confident about reducing costs further. The main concern is the PSU; I wouldn't recommend using an extremely cheap one for a GPU that needs extra power.

You might consider a DDR4 based setup to cut costs, as DDR4 is roughly half the price of DDR5 memory kits.
Connect to the PSU at the +1 terminal.
Look for a tier A power supply:
