Just to clarify, the PC won't start without a CPU. The F-series Intel CPUs can't handle graphics themselves, so you must install the GPU and connect its outputs to the appropriate slots.

I’m suggesting using both the GPU and CPU on the PC while performing a BIOS update. Look for a "Flash" option in the BIOS settings. Connect your USB drive, press the designated button, choose the correct partition, and let the system complete the process. Do you know how to access the BIOS menu?
