Are there any suggestions for a monitor arm or wall mount that matches your needs? You mentioned having a 32-inch monitor and planning to upgrade to a 27-inch one, with limited space. Do you need options for wall mounts or desk mounts that allow easy rotation of the monitors to change their positions?

You're looking at a range where quality items typically cost between $150 and $200 USD.

I would pay that amount, not exceeding 250.

For the best options, consider the Ergotron LX single arm at $200. A dual monitor version is available for $375, while some models reach up to $450. I opt for a Jarvis Single at $140 for my 32" screen, which is more affordable. A dual monitor setup costs around $190. If you need a simple setup, the VIVO monitor arm is available for $30. However, none of these supports swapping monitor positions unless the dual monitor Ergotron LX is positioned correctly.

Visit ergotron's site for details.
Their products offer high-quality mounts (priced well).
The website lists all necessary dimensions.
For convenient adjustment, ensure the monitor's weight matches the arm.
I've used two before.
They're not only easy to move but also rotate.
You can find them on eBay regularly.

I concur with the previous recommendations for Ergotron.
I own one, around ten years old. It has no issues, very reliable.

Thanks! I understand your setup well. I'm looking at upgrading from 4k 144hz 32 inches to 1440p 240hz 27 inches, but I'm a bit limited by the space in my room.
